Everyone has different motivations in life. In the previous paragraph there were those that wanted to dive deeper into a field they were passionate about, there were physical challenges to overcome and motivation to simply chase adventure.
A motivation that we often forget is 'family'. After all, making time for family members and being able to create memories with loved ones is as good a motivation as any. This motivation was the reason behind our latest addition of Hoodies in the Wild. @DonalHarrold traveled to the Pyrenees to spend quality time with loved ones and start a new family tradition. A tradition that we think everyone will soon agree is quite special.
One of the real pleasures we’ve experienced as a company is seeing the growth of ‘Hoodies in the Wild’.
We had a few goals when we started out in business. We set out to build a community around an idea. To inspire people to make life richer. To help champion this new activity-based culture we felt so passionate about. We were also committed to designing quality clothing that would encourage real living. ‘Hoodies in the Wild’ is something that brings it all together.
Steve and his team at the lo cal kitchen kept our G+C community hydrated providing healthy juices at a number of our Summer Stretch events.
Crossfit Navitas hosted one of our Summer Stretch series where co-founder Rob Sweeney took to the streets combining a mixture of general exercises, basic crossfit movements and a partner workout all surrounded by the graffitied walls of Dublin.
Becca lead our 7th #SummerStretch where, accompanied by Sarah Moloney, the duo took to Sandymount Beach in Dublin and led a circuit class that combined cardio and strength moves to help lose fat and build muscle.
Since Day 1 we have been delighted to continuously collaborate with Jamie in Upside on all thing coffee related, from training us on the machine, to roasting our very first ‘G+C beans.
