And I’m the new Head of Community at Gym+Coffee.
I’ve been a long-time supporter of the Gym+Coffee brand and I am delighted to announce that I am joining the Gym+Coffee team as the official HEAD OF COMMUNITY!
So what does that mean? Great question.
Myself and the G+C crew had a lot of back-and-forth around what this role would look like. I am a strong advocate for the values Gym+Coffee encourage and believe in this community’s approach to stretching themselves. It aligns with how I try to live my life too. We are keen to see this community grow + thrive and we want to see more and more of you being active, socialising around exercise and making the most of every day. This is what we call Make Life Richer!
On May 14 - 19, I’m excited to be taking part in my own journey by leading a team on the Laureus 2019 Challenge Africa trek. Me and 100 other participants will be hiking 100km over 4 days, to raise funds for Laureus Sport for Good, which will in turn help 5 charities worldwide, including ACN Sport, right here in Ireland.
And in June, the Gym+Coffee team will host the annual Summer Stretch Series, with events taking place throughout the entire month from instore to local parks and group hikes.
This is your Call to Arms.
We want to see as many of you out there, getting active, getting outside, socialising with your community and experiencing everything the outdoors has to offer. Join me in adding even more momentum to this community of passionate, supportive, active people.
