Snap button came off

I always wanted one of these jackets and thought it was abit pricey for a fleece jacket. It was my birthday in may and my mum me the money for it. I loved the jacket, very cosy but after a week and a half, I noticed one of the snap buttons missing. I am disappointed in this jacket.
