The goal at Upside is to share the best quality, in an accessible way. This brings the experience back to where we feel it should be: simply enjoying the flavour of what you're drinking.

Keeping up to date with the golden age of global coffee research and knowledge that we are currently experiencing, as well as marketing and tech developments is one of the most rewarding parts of the job.
At work, I go straight to the Hario V60 filter brewer. It's a really accessible and low cost way to brew interesting coffees, one small batch at a time. The coffee I brew depends on the season, with most Central American's landing in before summer. East African's and Brazil's usually arrive towards the end of the year. Seasonal variety keeps things interesting!
